El artículo indica cuándo puede proceder el retiro de los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional. The National Police officers and non-commissioned officers may be retired by call to qualify services only if they meet the requirements to qualify for the retirement allowance. El Gobierno Nacional y el Director General de la Policía Nacional pueden disponer el retiro de oficiales y suboficiales, respectivamente, por razones del servicio y con recomendaciones previas.
