Un afiliado al sistema tiene derecho a pensión de invalidez si es declarado inválido y cumple los requisitos de cotización fijados aquí. This article sets special pension rules for certain DAS and CTI public servants exposed to high risk, including eligibility for old-age pension, contribution requirements, and a transfer rule for some affiliated to individual savings.
