About this statute

This provision approves the cooperation agreement between the Government of Colombia and the Government of Malaysia. Las Partes Contratantes pueden promover y fortalecer el desarrollo económico, científico, educativo, técnico y cultural entre los dos países, siempre que respeten las leyes y reglamentaciones vigentes en sus respectivos países. The contracting parties must jointly determine areas of mutual interest in the economic, scientific, technical, educational, and cultural fields. The contracting parties must work to promote and facilitate the exchange of experts and information related to the Agreement’s areas of competence. Each Party must set up the mechanisms needed for consultation, coordination, and participation of interested sectors in the cooperation under the Agreement.
