About this statute
This law creates incentives for donations and patronage contributions to support the growth and development of public and private museums. Certain national and local cultural authorities are empowered to receive donations of movable and immovable property, artworks, and art collections. Documents that record donations of movable or immovable property to specified museums are exempt from the national stamp tax. This article says the law takes effect when it is promulgated.
