This text is the law’s preamble and states that the nation associates itself with the celebration of the fourth centenary of the creation of the municipality of Pacho (Cundinamarca). The Government and Congress join in celebrating the 400th anniversary of the founding of the new Indian village in Cusatá, Pacho, Cundinamarca. Las autoridades nacionales y departamentales deben prestar especial cuidado y conservación a este municipio. Se autoriza al Gobierno Nacional y Departamental a destinar partidas para obras de infraestructura e interés social en el municipio de Pacho, Cundinamarca. El Congreso de la República de Colombia participa en la conmemoración de los 400 años de Pacho, Cundinamarca, y ordena emitir un pergamino con el texto de esta ley.
