About this statute

This text is the preamble and identification of Law 1024 of 2006, which states that a previous publication of the law was incomplete and that the law is republished in full. This provision replaces numeral 6 of Article 17 of Law 938 of 2004 with a new duty to advise and monitor the legality of administrative contracting activities and processes at central and sectional levels. The amended rule says appeals against certain administrative acts must be resolved for personnel, payroll, benefits, health insurance, pension, occupational risk, and service-separation matters. Añade un nuevo numeral al artículo 24 de la Ley 938 de 2004 sobre otras funciones asignadas por el Fiscal General que sean afines a la dependencia. This article replaces items 7 and 19 of article 31 of Law 938 of 2004.
