The Nation associates itself with the celebration of 78 years of Rotary clubs in Colombia, noting the first club was organized in Barranquilla on December 30, 1926.

ARTÍCULO 1o. La Nación se asocia a la celebración de los 78 años de existencia de los clubes Rotarios en Colombia, mediante la organización del primero de ellos en la ciudad de Barranquilla, el 30 de diciembre de 1926, constituyéndose así en primer club de servicio a la comunidad en Colombia.

This law takes effect on the date of its sanction.
