The festival “Invasión Cultural a Bosa” is declared living cultural heritage of the Nation and is held annually in Bogotá during November and December. The Nation, through the Ministry of Culture, must support cultural values linked to the festival’s popular cultural expressions. The park at Carrera 80 K between streets 72 and 73 Sur in Bogotá must be officially named “Parque de las Artes Chiminigagua.” Autoriza al Gobierno Nacional a hacer las asignaciones presupuestales necesarias para incluirlas en el presupuesto, la ley de apropiaciones y el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo.
