About this statute

This law establishes the system and method for setting and collecting tariffs for services provided by the General Maritime Directorate (Dimar). DIMAR is allowed to set and collect tariffs for the costs of the services it provides. La Dirección General Marítima puede cobrar por prestar los servicios marítimos listados en el artículo. Tariffs are to be calculated based on the cost incurred by the Dirección General Marítima in providing the services covered by the previous article. Tariffs must be set in daily or monthly legal minimum wages in force and used to recover the full cost of services provided by the Dirección General Marítima.
