ARTÍCULO 3o. El Congreso de la República de Colombia, concurre a la Declaración de Patrimonio Histórico y Cultural de la Nación al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Rosa de Viterbo del departamento de Boyacá, emitiendo en nota de estilo un pergamino que contenga el texto de la presente ley.
