La Imprenta Nacional debe editar la biografía de Juan de Dios Uribe, con asesoría de la Academia Colombiana de Historia. La Nación debe erigir un monumento a Juan de Dios Uribe y colocar una placa conmemorativa en el sitio que designe el Concejo Municipal de Andes. The Ministry of Communications must issue a postage stamp as a tribute, with designs referring to the honoree’s values and ideals.
