Los ciudadanos eligen directamente, por voto universal y secreto, cinco representantes de Colombia al Parlamento Andino. Until a uniform electoral regime is established, the election of Representatives to the Andean Parliament follows Colombian electoral law. To be elected to the Andean Parliament for Colombia, the same conditions required to be elected Senator apply. A los Representantes por Colombia al Parlamento Andino se les aplican las mismas reglas sobre deberes, prohibiciones, inhabilidades e incompatibilidades que rigen para los Senadores, además de las que establezcan tratados internacionales.
