Statute overview

About this statute

This provision identifies Law 1184 of 2008 and states that it regulates the military compensation quota and other matters. Las personas clasificadas must present themselves to the recruitment authority within 45 days; otherwise the authority issues and notifies the payment receipt. The military compensation fee must be paid within 90 days, and late payment triggers a 30% sanction. For liquidation of the Military Compensation Quota, amounts are rounded up to the nearest thousand pesos.
