El Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional debe subsidiar los aportes de las Madres Comunitarias, y el Gobierno Nacional debe priorizar su acceso a ciertos subsidios cuando no cumplan requisitos o no completen semanas de cotización. People who lost beneficiary status in the Solidaridad Pensional Fund may reactivate it if they were in arrears or voluntarily withdrew before this law took effect, and they express a wish to rejoin the Fund. La bonificación mensual de las madres comunitarias sube al 70% del salario mínimo legal mensual vigente desde el 1 de enero de 2008.
