About this statute

This text records Colombia’s approval of the 1997 amendment instrument to the ILO Constitution. This article amends ILO Constitution article 19 by adding a new paragraph that lets the Conference repeal certain conventions in specified circumstances. The Conference President and the ILO Director-General must sign two copies of the amendment instrument; the Director-General must also send a certified copy to all ILO members.
