Declares the house where Débora Arango Pérez lived a national cultural asset and says public heritage-protection entities must help organize, protect, and conserve it. The Ministry of Culture must give administrative support and technical advice to the Casa Museo, and must publish a biography of Débora Arango Pérez within five years after this law takes effect. The municipal council of Envigado must set an annual date to commemorate Débora Arango Pérez, and it must designate where a commemorative plaque will be placed.
