About this statute

This text identifies Law 1287 of 2009, which adds to Law 361 of 1997, and shows that Chapter I is on definitions. This article defines three terms used for the law: parking bays, reduced mobility, and accessibility. Municipal and district authorities must authorize parking bays and provide marked accessible parking spaces for people with reduced mobility or related disabilities. Municipal and district authorities must reopen closed parking bays, and any citizen may use an enforcement action to make this rule apply.
