About this statute

This law sets requirements and procedures for entering the state education service in hard-to-reach areas, special populations, or technical/deficit training areas, and includes other provisions. State teachers in hard-to-access areas may receive a special bonus if they meet the required qualifications. This article says the law takes effect the day after it is published in the Official Gazette, and it repeals any contrary provisions.
