The Congress of the Republic approves a double taxation convention between Colombia and Switzerland, plus its protocol. This article says the Convention applies to residents of one or both contracting States. The Convention applies to income and wealth taxes in the contracting states, including later similar taxes, and it does not apply to withholding taxes on lottery prizes.
