This article says certain Procuradores Delegados may handle administrative conciliation cases by special assignment from the Procurador General when the public interest requires it. Se asignan a ciertos Procuradores Delegados funciones de coordinación y vigilancia sobre el cumplimiento de la conciliación en lo contencioso administrativo. Los procuradores judiciales en lo Contencioso Administrativo tienen funciones de conciliación, además de sus funciones disciplinarias, de control de gestión y preventivas, conforme a las leyes que regulan esa materia.
