Statute overview

About this statute

This law states that there will be a sharing arrangement for paying the pension liabilities of national and territorial state universities. The university’s pension-liability funds must be used only for that purpose, and the Nation must cover any shortfall. The pension liability amount to be shared is based on the actuarial value of the legally recognized pension liability, according to Article 1 obligations and the stated technical standards, and it must be approved by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
