About this statute

This law is titled Law 1376 of 2010 and states that it extends the term of the Rural Electrification Financial Support Fund (FAER) and sets out other provisions. The National Government must fully use the collected funds only for what article 2 requires, and it may not use them to buy TES or other bonds or delay/freeze their execution. This article says the law takes effect upon its issuance and repeals any laws that conflict with it.
