Statute overview

About this statute

This act states that it establishes dedicated revenue for health and measures related to health funding and contributions. This article amends Article 420 so that games of chance and luck are subject to the general tax rate in the statute. The Nation must use the extra sales tax revenue from beer and games of chance in 2010, and from 1 January 2011 all such revenue, to fund the unification of the mandatory health plans for the contributory and subsidized regimes.
