Autoriza al Gobierno Nacional a destinar o impulsar partidas presupuestales para financiar el Coliseo “Princesa Barají”; además, fija requisitos para participar en eventos taurinos y corralejas en ese coliseo. The Government, through the Ministry of Culture, must provide the resources needed for promotion and publicity campaigns for the named festivals. Se reconoce el Premio “Princesa Barají” a ciertos compositores que participen en los concursos del Festival y cumplan las condiciones descritas.
