La Nación se asocia a la celebración de los 353 años de fundación del municipio de Río de Oro, Cesar, el 1 de agosto de 2011. El Gobierno Nacional puede incluir partidas de cofinanciación en el Presupuesto General para ejecutar obras autorizadas por esta ley. Servicios Postales Nacionales S. A. is authorized to issue a commemorative stamp for Río de Oro’s 353rd anniversary, and it must handle the philatelic work with the local municipality’s agreement. This article says the law takes effect from the date it is promulgated.
