La Nación se asocia a la conmemoración de los 410 años de fundación de Zipaquirá y rinde homenaje público a sus habitantes y fundadores. El Gobierno Nacional y el Congreso de la República deben rendir honores al municipio de Zipaquirá en la fecha que indiquen las autoridades locales. The National Government is authorized to allocate budget funds and/or use the national cofinancing system to carry out specified public-interest works for Zipaquirá, Cundinamarca. Las autorizaciones de gasto dadas al Gobierno Nacional se incorporan al Presupuesto General de la Nación mediante reasignación de recursos existentes, sin aumentar el presupuesto.

La Nación se asocia a la conmemoración de los 410 años de fundación de Zipaquirá y rinde homenaje público a sus habitantes y fundadores.
Section 1o
The National Government is authorized to allocate budget funds and/or use the national cofinancing system to carry out specified public-interest works for Zipaquirá, Cundinamarca.
