La Nación colombiana celebra el 170 aniversario de la fundación de Caramanta y rinde homenaje a sus primeros pobladores y fundadores. Se autoriza al Gobierno Nacional a asignar o promover recursos presupuestales para varias obras de interés público y social en Caramanta, Antioquia. Budget spending authorizations under this law must be incorporated into the national budget, first by reallocating existing resources and then according to fiscal-year availability. The law takes effect from the date it is promulgated.
