This law states that the Semana Santa of Pamplona, Norte de Santander, is declared intangible cultural heritage of the Nation. This article states that the law’s purpose is to declare the Holy Week processions of Pamplona, Norte de Santander, as intangible cultural heritage of the Nation. The National Government, through the Ministry of Culture, is empowered to include the processions of Semana Santa de Pamplona in the national Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage (LRPCI). The national government is authorized, through the Ministry of Culture, to include the Pamplona Holy Week processions in the Ministry’s project bank. The article authorizes the National Government, through the Ministry of Culture, to declare certain images used in the Holy Week processions of Pamplona as cultural heritage of the Nation.
