This preamble identifies Law 1653 of 2013 and states that it regulates a judicial fee and other provisions. The judicial fee is a parafiscal contribution used to fund investment expenses for the administration of justice. The judicial fee is due in favor of the judicial administration authority named in the article and is directed to a modernization fund; it is also treated as public revenue for the judicial sector.
