En conflicto armado, quien acceda carnalmente a una persona protegida menor de 14 años puede recibir prisión y multa. In armed conflict, a person who performs certain sexual acts with a protected person under 14, or induces them to sexual practices, faces prison and a fine. A person who, in connection with the armed conflict, forces a protected person to provide sexual services commits an offence and faces prison and a fine.
