La ley busca permitir que la Nación se asocie a la conmemoración y rinda homenaje público al municipio de La Cumbre por sus 100 años de fundación. El Gobierno Nacional y el Congreso de la República enaltecen a la población del municipio de La Cumbre, en el Valle del Cauca. Autoriza al Gobierno Nacional a asignar o impulsar partidas presupuestales para financiar obras prioritarias en La Cumbre (Valle). The National Government is authorized to add the needed budget appropriations for the execution and completion of infrastructure and social-interest works in La Cumbre, Valle del Cauca.
