About this statute

This text identifies Law 1731 of 2014 and states its general purpose: to adopt measures on financing for reactivation of the agropecuary, fishing, aquaculture, forestry, and agro-industrial sectors, and related measures to strengthen Corpoica. This article amends a prior rule on agricultural credit uses so the money may be used to set up cold chains and to process and preserve agricultural, livestock, beekeeping, poultry, fishery, aquaculture, and forestry products.
