About this statute
This law establishes an obligation to provide transparent information to consumers of financial services. Las entidades vigiladas deben informar a sus clientes sobre la tasa de interés y el Valor Total Unificado, y darles una proyección anticipada cuando sea posible; el Gobierno Nacional debe reglamentar la forma y periodicidad en 90 días. Las administradoras de pensiones deben dar afiliados regular information about their savings and deductions; affiliates may request a pension projection and have a right to personalized advice. This article says the law takes effect when it is promulgated and repeals any provisions that conflict with it.
