The Festival Nacional de Gaitas “Francisco Llirene” is declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Nation. El Gobierno nacional, por medio del Ministerio de Cultura, debe incluir al Festival Nacional de Gaitas “Francisco Llirene” en la LRPCI y en el Banco de Proyectos. The national government is authorized, through the Ministry of Culture, to declare the listed instruments and their typical performers’ clothing as cultural heritage of the Nation.
