Statute overview

About this statute

This law announces rules on formalizing, titling, and recognizing buildings and urban lots. Certain real-estate acts involving social-interest housing are treated as having no quantifiable amount for notarial fee purposes when the beneficiary is a natural person. Certain registry inscriptions for social housing on legalized urban land are exempt and must be treated as transactions without amount when the beneficiary is a natural person. Administrative acts and the specified judgments do not need to be formalized by public deed, and the corresponding registry offices must register them. Las autoridades catastrales competentes deben entregar gratis la información catastral solicitada sobre inmuebles ubicados en predios en legalización urbanística o en proceso de legalización.
