About this statute
This is the preamble for Law 2203 of 2022, which says Congress of Colombia enacted a law modifying and adding to Law 47 of 1993 on public tourism infrastructure. The departmental assembly sets the contribution amount, and the revenues must be used for tourism infrastructure and natural resource preservation, with at least 20% reserved for health infrastructure and hospital/health-center equipment. This law takes effect on the date it is promulgated and repeals any conflicting rules.
