Educational institutions may not deny enrollment or continuation, or suspend, expel, cancel enrollment, or take similar measures because a student is pregnant, breastfeeding, or on paternity leave. Los establecimientos educativos deben tener un plan para facilitar la educación de estudiantes en gestación, lactancia o con licencia de maternidad o paternidad.
