The port operator must carry the port’s obligations, and the port must ensure a port vulnerability assessment is prepared and approved by the Danish Transport, Construction and Housing Authority. Havnen must prepare and keep approved a port vulnerability assessment and a port security plan, using the authority’s template and meeting the listed minimum content and revision rules. The port security committee must meet at least once a year, the port must run exercises and keep a log, and the Transport, Building and Housing Authority has inspection and order powers. The police director may order security measures to be intensified and supplemented, and the Transport, Building and Housing Authority may approve or revoke related security approvals in specified cases.
