Statute overview

About this statute

This provision sets out which courts are covered, how certain parts of the text commence, and how the High Court and the Complaints Court are organised. Complaints about decisions made during evidence-taking are submitted to the Supreme Court, and the complaint deadline is 2 weeks after the decision is made. Section 4 assigns how courts are staffed and managed, and gives court presidents and the Danish Courts Administration powers over case allocation, venues, expert members, and delegated decisions.
