Statute overview

About this statute

Some Nordic citizens and certain EU/EEA-linked foreigners may enter and stay in Denmark without a permit, subject to time limits and visa-document rules for third-country nationals. The minister may deviate from this law where EU rules require it, and may set rules for how certain Schengen and visa rules apply. Section 1 lists categories of foreigners covered by the provision.
