Statute overview

About this statute

This provision says the rules apply to setting income caps for grid companies and defines key terms used in the scheme. Forsyningstilsynet must set a network company's revenue cap, publish a preliminary cap before each regulatory year, and decide on the annual cap within 6 months after receiving the regulatory accounts. Related energy-saving costs and revenues must be kept accounting-separate from the network company's other costs. Forsyningstilsynet must use regulatory-accounting information with corrections when calculating average costs at the start of a new regulatory period.
