Statute overview

About this statute

Banks must give pool customers required information in paper or durable form, keep pool assets separate, document results to the supervisor, and provide periodic and change notifications. Some investment limits must be met at the time of investment; certain bond types and fund divisions are exempt; a pool may use derivatives for hedging and portfolio management if it follows §§ 13-21. This section sets limits on how pools and separate deposits may use derivative financial instruments and where separate-deposit assets may be placed. Selskaber m.v. kan få strafansvar, og opsparing må ikke placeres i selskaber, der giver brugsrettigheder, rabatter eller lignende rettigheder.
