Ansøgningerne bliver prioriteret efter først-til-mølle-princippet, jf. dog stk. 2. Den dag, hvor den mængde, der er tildelt Danmark, jf. bilag til Kommissionens delegerede forordning (EU) 2020/591 af 30. april 2020, opbruges, vil ansøgninger, der er modtaget denne dag og lever op til kravene i art. 1, stk. 1 og 3, art. 2, art. 3 og art. 4, stk. 3 i Kommissionens delegerede forordning (EU) 2020/591 af 30. april 2020, blive reduceret forholdsmæssigt. Bekendtgørelsen træder i kraft den 7. maj 2020.
