This provision says the takeover-offer rules apply to offerors and the target company, defines key takeover-offer terms, and requires the offeror to publish notice promptly after the duty to make an offer arises. Tilbudsgiver skal offentliggøre et tilbudsdokument hurtigst muligt og senest fire uger efter, at tilbudspligten er indtrådt. A bidder must publish a notice about a voluntary offer as soon as possible after deciding to make it. The bidder must publish an offer document as soon as possible and no later than four weeks after the decision to make a voluntary offer is published. The offeror must treat shareholders in the same share class equally and meet several rules on improved terms, compensation, funding, and offer-period limits.
