Statute overview

About this statute

This provision says the customs treatment rules implement several EU directives and are needed to apply the EU Customs Code. This section defines “H7 customs declaration” and says declarations must be filed electronically to the Tax Administration in the format it sets, unless the Tax Administration اجازه permits a paper customs declaration instead. The declaration must be processed at the nearest designated office in connection with entry into the Danish customs territory, subject to a following exception clause. Skatteforvaltningen may depart from subsection 1 in some cases, and the provision defines certain customs terms and places; it also says some goods are exempt from declaration, but that exception is cut off in the source text. Section 3 lists goods and procedures that may be declared under simplified or special customs arrangements, and it sets registration, notification, and timing rules for some declarations.
