Statute overview

About this statute

This regulation defines narcotic substances and restricts their import, export, sale, purchase, delivery, receipt, manufacture, processing, possession, storage, and use unless specific permissions or listed exceptions apply. Controlled substances on lists A, B, and C may be exported only by authorized persons and only with the required certificate and shipment markings; raw opium export is prohibited. Visse euforiserende midler må ikke oplægges eller bearbejdes uden tilladelse, og flere aktører skal føre regnskab og indsende indberetninger til Lægemiddelstyrelsen. Lægemiddelstyrelsens afgørelser after this regulation can be appealed to Sundhedsministeriet; the regulation takes effect on 1 July 2021 and repeals the 2017 narcotics order for the Faroe Islands.
