About this statute
A member receiving training subsidy may get unemployment benefits for single days during training in another country, if the training meets the stated conditions. A member must prove to the unemployment fund that they have an agreement with the education institution abroad, notify the job centre and the fund about the trip length before travelling, and return to Denmark within 5 days.
