Statute overview

About this statute

This regulation sets rules for calculating and documenting seniority for early pension purposes, including what counts as a worker, what documentation is required, and how ATP-based seniority is calculated. Personer optjener anciennitet efter månedlige arbejdstimer, med forskellige timetærskler afhængigt af alder og periode. If the required documentation does not contain the information in subsection 2, the person must provide other documentation that sufficiently supports the person’s stated seniority. This section grants seniority credit to certain people based on birth date and months spent as a 16–17-year-old before 1 September 1977. A person must provide other documentation if the listed documentation does not contain the information mentioned in subsection 2.
