Statute overview

About this statute

The provision defines doping by reference to Annex 1 and says sports organizations must have and enforce anti-doping rules and sanctions to qualify for subsidies. Some sports bodies must make subsidy eligibility depend on compliance with doping rules, and Anti Doping Danmark must seek cooperation agreements. Rules in cooperation agreements on doping control and sanctions must comply with Annex 2, except for the provision on test analysis. Cooperation agreements must set rules for doping controls and require institutions, companies, or associations to inform customers and members about the consequences. Anti Doping Danmark must maintain an electronic register of current doping sanctions, keep CPR data encrypted, and make the register available to certain sports organizations and other agreement parties.
