Bekendtgørelse om ændring af bekendtgørelse om euforiserende stoffer Bekendtgørelse om ændring af bekendtgørelse om euforiserende stoffer I bekendtgørelse nr. 950 af 23. juni 2020 om euforiserende stoffer foretages følgende ændringer: I bilag 1, liste B, indsættes som nr. 52 a: Brorphin (1-(1-(1-(4-bromophenyl)ethyl)piperidin-4-yl)-1,3-dihydro-2H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-on). I bilag 1, liste B, indsættes som nr. 116 a: Etodesnitazen ( N,N -Diethyl-2-[(4-ethoxyphenyl)methyl]-1 H -benzimidazol-1-ethanamin). I bilag 1, liste B, indsættes som nr. 127 a: Fluonitazen ( N,N -Diethyl-2-[(4-fluorophenyl)methyl]-5-nitro-1 H -benzimidazol-1-ethanamin). I bilag 1, liste B, indsættes som nr. 153 a: Isotonitazen ( N , N -Diethyl-2-[[4-(1-methylethoxy)phenyl]methyl]-5-nitro-1 H -benzimidazol-1-ethanamin). I bilag 1, liste B, indsættes som nr. 223 a og b: Metodesnitazen ( N,N -Diethyl-2-[(4-methoxyphenyl)methyl]-1H-benzimidazol-1-ethanamin). Metonitazen ( N,N -Diethyl-2-[(4-methoxyphenyl)methyl]-5-nitro-1 H -benzimidazol-1-ethanamin). I bilag 1, liste B, indsættes som nr. 287 a: Protonitazen ( N,N- Diethyl-2-[(4-propoxyphenyl)methyl]-5-nitro-1 H -benzimidazol-1-ethanamin). Bekendtgørelsen træder i kraft den 14. marts 2021.
